Domestic United States Sales
Seven day inspection period. If not happy with the purchase, return unaltered material for a full refund minus shipping cost and handling fee.
International sales
Fourteen day inspection period. If not happy with the purchase, return unaltered material for a full refund minus shipping cost and handling fee.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our gemstones, but natural variations in color and size may occur. Placing an order does not guarantee availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion. If an order is canceled, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery
